Ellie Kaymaz is a highly accomplished Senior Delivery Leader with over 28 years of experience driving complex, large-scale digital transformation initiatives across government and global enterprise environments. She has a proven track record of leading mission-critical programs that deliver strategic, operational, and technology outcomes at scale.

Most recently, Ellie led the critical infrastructure and cyber resilience uplift program for the Transport Management Centre at Transport for NSW. Prior to this, she directed the delivery of TAMM 3.0 Abu Dhabi’s world-first Generative AI-powered government services platform, demonstrating her capability in delivering innovative, next-generation digital solutions on a global stage.

Ellie is recognised for her ability to manage high-value programs, engage executive stakeholders, and lead diverse, distributed teams while maintaining strong governance, risk management, and delivery excellence.
