Kalesha S is the Chief Executive Officer of AIIDA, bringing over 20 years of experience in ICT strategy, enterprise architecture, and large-scale digital transformation. He leads AIIDA’s growth across cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and software delivery, with a strong focus on translating complex technology investments into measurable business outcomes for government and enterprise clients.

Throughout his career, Kalesha has held senior roles including Lead Engineer, Test Lead, Test Manager, and Technical Manager, delivering enterprise-grade solutions across both NSW Government and Federal agencies. His industry experience spans banking and financial services, stock exchanges, telecommunications, insurance, higher education, healthcare, and e-commerce, giving him a deep understanding of regulatory, operational, and technology landscapes across sectors.
